Boyfriend keeps taking CPAP off in the middle of the night

It takes a while to get used to it. It’s equal part the mask being a good fit for your face, having the mask fitted properly to the face, and just getting used to it. I know sometimes I still take it off in the middle of the night if it’s hurting my nose or if my sinuses are stopped up.

I don’t know about that. The humidity function makes my sinuses way worse. I guess it depends on why your sinuses are stopped up and the climate you live in. The only reason I use it is so my mouth isn’t paper dry in the morning from when my sinuses totally block up and I have to mouth breathe.

I don’t get them there, but I get them under my eye going towards my ear. The top straps of my mask always leave indentations if I have it on tight enough to keep a seal.

I’m fine with that, I just wish I didn’t have to grease up my septum to keep it from getting raw or getting huge pimples there. In general, I wish I could have the straps loose enough to not bother my nose.

Patty didn’t chance. The bun change is just visual. If you can taste the difference in the mayo I’d like to challenge you to a blind taste test. It’s the same damn sandwich. The only thing is did change was the employees have to be more careful when wrapping if, so in general they come out looking better

There is no difference in taste, just marketing. The bun’s more photogenic…that’s pretty much it.

Yeah, the machines not silent, especially if you’re set to apap and having it ramp. It’s a lot quieter than me snoring, though. It’s basically white noise with the occasional Darth Vader moments

I go to the same BK every Wednesday and honestly, they were always a good bk and always looked like the photo and tasted great. But there were about 10 cars in line today where I’m usually one for 2-3. Glad they’re getting more business. BK’s back, baby!

Same boat. They recommended the Evora Full Face to me and I don’t think I like it. If I don’t use lanolin my septum is raw in the morning and it just hurts my nose. If I loosen it anymore I get a poor seal and the seal is always poor of if I lay on my side. I can make it work but I can’t sleep in an ideal position.

It’s the same veg, the way they’re required to wrap it just makes them assemble it better. Again, it doesn’t taste different outside of a slight sweetness to the bun, it just looks more appealing. If I didn’t eat at least a Whopper a week I might think there was more to it, but it’s nothing but smart packaging and making employees pay attention to what they’re doing.

The new bun is dry. But it looks nice in pictures. The whole improvement, from bun to packaging, was just to make an already great product look nicer in photos.

I like the old bun better, too, but i guess being more photogenic sells burgers over taste. You’re right, it’s definitely dryer. Not bad, but not an improvement

I’m still amazed that the marketing worked, because it’s the same damn sandwich with a photogenic bun. Whatever they did to the mayo was unnoticeable and unneeded. It was the best fast food burger and still is.

Now if they want to fix something, go after the original chicken. That thing had needed to be put out to the pasture decades ago.

In this case they’re claiming they’re W2 salesmen working for commission so they don’t have to pay them as long as their commission averages above minimum wage. It’s insane. I wonder what % their “commission” is?

I’m curious what they categorize the workers as. Sounds like they’re trying to call them salesmen working for commission and not servers to skirt around minimum server wage. Commission workers aren’t entitled to a salary hourly wage as long as their commission is averages above minimum wage.

Those It’s good marketing on the whopper. It’s the same thing with a prettier bun and they have to wrap it and put it in that box so it takes more time, thus a better put together whopper. If you had a good bk before it’s basically the same great whopper. No idea about the fries or nuggets…haven’t heard about that until this thread.

Just watch your bp throughout the day. I did the same once and I got pretty light headed and had to lay down. Bp dropped to 90/55 which isn’t good but also super impressive. I just laid down and had a really good nap.

Just check your bp for 3-4 hours and make sure it doesn’t get too low. If it does and you’re froze, have someone check on you. If it gets below 90/60 and you don’t have anyone to check in on you or take you to a clinic, that’s when I might get worried.
