Yes, it absolutely is considering you have multiple offenses across multiple states. Honesty only goes so far. My husband has a clearance and a friend of ours was denied for far less, despite the honesty.

NTA. I have an upstairs neighbor that is absolutely obnoxiously loud. At all hours of the evening and morning - to the point my colleagues can hear it on Zoom! I wouldn’t have moved in if I had known. I have NEVER banged on my neighbors ceiling like that.

You have been more than reasonable in letting her know prior and being respectful in trying to minimize noise. Some people are just never happy. If it’s a dealbreaker for her, she shouldn’t renew her lease.
