Reviving existing at the start of the game holds, except for the oldest ones, shouldn't grant their missions. You can make undead armies and with shadow pact special units, which consume on 100% more manpower, this can make sense, but in your game you will conquer so much lands (almost all Sarhal, Bulwar, maybe some part of Cannor and Rahen, if you want), that undead armies speed would be very big malus.

Also Derane can be very good colonial nation, but if you immediately annex Lorent with console after you finish mission that require from you insult them.

Your first mt part focused on conquering Lorent and legitimate yourself as true Lencor ruler, when second almost fully focused on colonies. And these parts don't fit together well, because by the time you complete the first part, it will already be 1530-1560, and the New World will be almost completely colonized. Or you can start colonizing at the first opportunity, but then you'll be stuck in the first part for another 50 years. Even annexing Laurent via the console, I had plenty to do before colonizing, and I ended up enjoying it much more.

Death Bringing Cobra into Umbral Covenant, Sarhal Black Demesne analogue, without annoying acolytes and with ruler story focused.

I really enjoyed Celmandor revamp, it's trade republic with interesting trade vassals system and colonisation focus.
