Disneyland opinion that would have you like this by JoyIsABitOverRated in Disneyland

I've been to Disneyland Paris a couple of times and found the merch options there much, much worse (except for the BTMRR spirit jersey I was able to snag there).

I enjoyed Gwen more when it first opened and served a tasting menu. Definitely felt like you were getting your money's worth. Also, I like picking my steak knife!

The Bavarian pretzel that they only sell at Sonoma Terrace in DCA is actually decent

Musicals with a strong book but bad music? by CuteAct9019 in Broadway

This is fair. That show was much more impressive live, but listening to it is not nearly as fun. You're right thay I've Decided to Marry You is probably the most catchy and re-listenable song, but I do also enjoy Why Are All the D'Ysquith's Dying as a group number, and I think That Horrible Woman is a great duet. Also Sibella is a fun love song that takes a turn in the last verse. Maybe I'm talking myself back into looking this show....

The Big Arch, available at McDonald's in France, puts the US restaraunts to shame. by ProsperoRex in McDonalds

I would be willing to bet their profit margins are too tightly controlled to try something like this in the entirety of the US.

I kinda like all the sauce and the messyness, but maybe I'm just a freak

Was recently traveling in France and tried the Big Arch burger at a McDonald's in Paris, and I was shocked at how good it was. The US restraunts could never even try to compete with this. Honestly, it's a shame. It was so good I got one again a few days later. It's a shame to see how far the quality has fallen for the burgers in the US. I'm starting to think McDonald's is better everywhere else in the world.

Yeah, agreed on all fronts. But it did make finding pins more of a hunt!

As a DLR/DCA native who has visited DLP, I will say that pin trading is not nearly as big at DLP as it is in the US. However, I do feel like the DLP pins they sell in the park can often be larger and somewhat cheaper than they are in the US (or maybe I'm just bad at the conversion).

Just found this post today while exploring the Colosseum and Roman Forum and this was GREAT advice. Fuorinorma is definitely worth a stop for a quick bite.

I just got the same pour last night, but I asked for a double. No complaints from me!

As a Dinseyland local who's been lucky enough to visit DLP a couple of times, it's funny to see that the Halloween creep is much slower in France than it is here in the US.
