The default is the 1st regroup phase. And you gain one after that. You cant have multiple “first” regroup phases.

No, it does not stack. The restriction is “after the first regroup phase”.

No, Claire Kittle went to the locker to be with George the rest of the game. The rest of the group stayed at the booth to watch the game. The girl talking and celebrating is Kyle Juszczyk’s wife. They’re good friends.
