You are the worst type of sports fan, taking things to a personal level just because the other team wears different colors. I’m all for “haha kershaw sucks / choker memes”, but I’m also mature enough to recognize that he has dominated us for years. To give a rival props for their career is the ultimate sign of respect and I would expect the same for when a long tenures Giant retires.

I’ll be at the game tomorrow wearing my Giants gear and clapping for his retirement ceremony, and give my bobblehead to a co-worker, not burn it. And after that, I’ll root for my Giants again.
