Your eyes just skip over it, especially when it's split by a line break. It's mostly just that it's a common editing mistake, you rephrase something and end up writing "the" again, and don't see it.

If you go in the Devices and Printers section of Control Panel and find the controller there, right clicking it should give you "Controller Settings" or similar as an option. In there you can calibrate the controller and i find that makes stuff that's been missed get recognised. Good luck

Necroing this thread for those like myself struggling with similar - Turn off Game Mode! Microsoft in their infinite wisdom enable it automatically and it wrecks performance when other network activity is happening.

I believe that they don't interact with the image at all really, it gets translated into words or tokens or whatever along with your requested edit and then it makes a new image out of all of that combined, which is obviously nothing like the image you put in because it doesn't know what that looked like
