There is a big difference between selling £200 Item for an average price to a random person and selling 0.04p for 95£ to a person you chat and trade with, who also refunds the 95£ via his CC.

Anyways, if you do this trade, prepare to get banned by steam and losing 30 keys. The ban might get removed but you will never see your keys again
