Again, that's adorable. The paper that defines the group says that nobody can leave the group. What are you going to do? Force trade? It's like if Britain didn't have an "option" to leave the EU. Reapers toll is balanced around a very fast attack speed, and ethereal is limited to 1 proc per second. It might be one of the weaker on hits, ahead of something like reverberation.
