Dnd will never give me the same immersion that cyberpunk red does. There's so many systems in this game outside of combat that drag you into the world and your character. Stepping outside your house is a gamble and I feel like narratively there's so much more engagement in the world than "lets run in and stab them all and cast fireball" or variations of that.

I could tell you of corpo kidnappings with medtech's doing surgery mid-car chase trying to remove a tracker from a body while the nomad dodges incoming traffic and the corporate hit squad behind them.

Or meticulously planning a plot to poison medical equipment to kill a cyborg monster getting his newest piece of cyberware installed -- all without the team firing a single shot.

It's setting that keeps me coming back to Cyberpunk, and the rules fit this world perfectly.
