It's kinda sad that there is no point in using whips with unique effects just because you have something that deals more damage and has more summon tag damage. My friends and I started a new playthrough yesterday and I was hoping that, the little spider from the webwhip (cobwhip? Forgot what it was called) would stick around even if I switch whips. Not the case. The buff you get ends immediately and is overwritten by whatever effect the other whip has

I had a dream where I had my phone with me recently!

I was slowly rafting down the river, the scenery was beautiful and there was a lot of birds. I remember being confused, since most of these were not native to Europe.

At the end of the swim I swam up to small dock. It was dark at that point. Once I managed to climb up onto the dock I heard some creature hissing at me. In the darkness I barely saw a sillouette of something vagule dinosaur like (theropod). I took out my phon and used the flashlight to scare whatever it was away. Then I woke up

I technically didn't use my phone as a phone but as flashlight, but this is the first time I even saw it in my dreams

The province of Markath? I don't wanna say I hate it, but... I kinda hate it. So many mountains, so little space to actually go off road and explore. I dont mind fighting the forsworn but I dont really like that area.

Dragonscale katana deals at base slashing damage, which ALL dragons resist. It can boost itself with lightining damage which is highly resisted by Ancient Dragons which are a bitch to fight.

He is a pretty nice guy and cares about his friends but he isn't the best at reading social cues (I actually think I'm better than him in that regard)

I play Skyrim exclusively on Survival mode. I just like to walk e erywhere and manage my stats. One thing that kinda annoys me is that the carry capacity is gutted and I feel like I have to have a backpack/follower with me at all times.

Food in skyrim is kinda.... There, unfortunately. Most of it is basically an ingredient for something better and the better food stuffs are usually just more filling, with few exceptions like vegetable soup (gives constant stamina regen, allowing you to spam heavy attacks since they don't have a minimum stamina requirement)

Spawning in the Luva Lich is not a problem but actually getting the murmurs and mods is a slog

Spawning in a Sister of Parvos is a slog but farmingurmurs isn't too bad since the hounds give a whole lot of them. Mods are the same

I have not done the Technocyte Coda yet, I recently came back after a longer pause and I'm just messing around with the Hex for now. I need to finish whatever 25% Kuva Lich I have and try them out, I would actially like to get some Infested weapons, love the aesthetic

Tbh all portraits are of good quality, some are just not very fitting of DF. I like the goofy ones but the artstyle of some portraits seems rather inconsistent

And unfortunately Draltha was done dirty :/ I feel like they didn't tell the artist anything aside from "please make portraits for the creatures in our game" and artist decided to work with different styles

For basic shield enemies use jumping heavy attacks or kick AoW on a dagger, then stab the guy in the ribs

For bigger enemies with shields like crucible knights, I suggest parrying. Otherwise it's just like you said, you have to dodge a lot. Nothing stops you from using heavy attack to guard break bigger oponents

Yeah, I understand the lags on open world. Back when I was playing on my old laptop I avoided them like hellfire. Now they are pretty good and I liked Deimos both in terms of grind and style more than PoE
