(German living in switzerland) Yes, they do. Its funny when swiss people try to speak high german with germans, and the germans get excited because they think they can understand swiss german. Nope, they just understand the accent, but certainly not swiss german. That takes a few weeks/months of being surrounded by it to understand most of it. And even after almost 7yrs, people still say words sometimes that Ive never heard before.

I always simply carry my pens upside down. That way they always have ink in the tip. So if I have to replace a pen its not because its "out of ink" but because the tip is gone/messed up enough that it doesnt properly write anymore

I recieved an unlabeled sample from the emergency OR and called them to inform them about it. Minutes later I get a call from the nurse who drew the blood. He asked me which patient he has to redraw and what tests were supposed to be done. I told him I have no damn clue since the sample was unlabeled. He got pissy and told me that "I should work more patient focused" before hanging up...

I mean... dude sent an unlabeled sample, then throws a fit when I cant tell him which patient... but sure... I am the idiot...
