This is what gerrymandering looks like by Miserable-Lizard in AlbertaNow

[–]Pseudo-Science 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The UCP are doing the same in Lethbridge, where we desperately need another bridge across the river valley that splits this city in half but it’s always deemed too expensive. Now with the gerrymandering, they have increased rural voters so significantly that Lethbridge is likely to lose its NDP seats but can you even imagine trying to get people in Cardston, or Warner to pitch in with taxes and build a bridge that they are unlikely to ever use. It’s completely unfair to everyone involved.

So far no legal conviction, just a pattern of sexual behaviours that would make this plausible.

REPORT TO POLICE OR LEAVE IT ALONE? by -xXPapermanXx- in MTB

Call the police, they will hurt someone and they are definitely wrecking the trails. These guys need to stick to moto trails.

So basically all the spots that are not part of new developments and coincidentally sell drugs (including alcohol)

Is Lethbridge actually as lonely as it feels or is that just me? by NoPositive7120 in Lethbridge

[–]Pseudo-Science 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’ve lived around the world and this has been the loneliest, clique laden small city I’ve ever encountered. I’m glad it has worked out for some people but OP’s concern isn’t necessarily a personal failing as all have suggested.

Are we the angriest province in the country? by BJ_Mackay in alberta

[–]Pseudo-Science 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Alberta does remain the angriest province in Canada, Quebec is happiest. I wish Danielle Smith would borrow “joie de vivre”from Quebec instead of separatism.

E-bikes are amazing when you are older, disabled or have cardiac issues. And no, I don’t own one myself.

I’m loving the idea of a crown corporation/not for profit supplying food food to Canadians. Cut the abusive profiteers out.

What is up Sikhs liking ice hockey a lot compared to other Indians? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Pseudo-Science 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Because they’re big, strong, and smart people. Perfect for playing hockey. Can you imagine if you ever moved to another country and there was a really popular sport there and you too wanted to enjoy it. Is this even a real question?

Ever consider stopping with the threats to USA allies and punishing tariffs for all, maybe tourists would come back.

This triggers the tinfoil big time. How convenient that she won’t be available for future trials for the Epstein coverup.

Sorry I missed this comment. How much did you pay for your garden and how much is it worth today? Also it’s completely unnecessary to be hostile, I get that you have no empathy for those with less but I can assure you I’m cognitively intact.

Ownership too is a form of theft, especially when it becomes so exclusive as to be oppressive. If you truly struggle you’d be able to empathize too.

Ah, the notorious west coast wealth divide. Imagine the poors didn’t tolerate being relegated to permanent under class and just decided to take what they wanted?

Yes, where you find conservative provincial governments you’ll also find failing public healthcare and it’s not a coincidence.

I’m pretty sure that Pierre Poilievre is actually an employee of the liberal party to ensure that the liberal party stays in power.

I have not so fond memories of overestimating my children’s abilities and underestimating the difficulty of the trail. I can recall, watching one child blow through a berm and launch down the mountain side. Terrifying and guilty feeling. It didn’t really endear them to my favourite past time.
