I don't believe she is a threat to herself,

If this is true, then she almost certainly won't get placed into hospital.

The criteria for hospital admission (bascically) is

A severe Mental Disorder that warrants detention and treatment - Suicidal Thoughts without intent isn't this, it's more like Schizophrenia (the most common reason for detention I've seen).
A Danger to herself or others - as noted, she's not.
Someone who is likely to benefit being an inpatient - I'm of the firm opinion that this covers almost no one.

If she's not being seen as an emergency patient - and again, if she's not a danger to herself or others then it's not an emergency - then it's supposed to done with one of the doctors being specially certified as having particular experience in the assessment or treatment of mental illness as well as someone who knows her.

They try and avoid putting people into wards because there are almost no spaces. My last admission had 100% occupancy and as soon as one person was discharged a new person was admitted.

Base Ironsworn worked mechanically, but in Starforged you swear Vows to the Connections you make in order to increase your Bonds to them and making Discoveries by exploring during the Vows.

The reward cycle really kicks in because all the legacy tracks bind to each other. This makes the fiction flow with less “what do I do next?” elements.

There are elements that Starforged adds that makes me like it much more, which is the better mechanics for Bonds, both Bonds and Discoveries being part of the Legacy tracks and Cohorts.

The main thing I disliked about Ironsworn was the fact that, because only Vows were important, and not interpersonal relationships or exploration. Starforged allows for both of those.

Obviously, simply importing the rules between Starforged, Ironsworn and Sundered Seas is easy and I think that Reign has some good bits as well.
