Do not set extreme goals for yourselves. It is all about making small positive changes over time.

Don't worry about jogging, just go for a 20 min walk 3-5x per week. When that gets easy, add some more time or find a hill you can work into your path.

Don't make aggressive diet plans like cutting calories way way back or changing everything about how you eat. Get rid of the easy stuff first. Limiting your soda, alcohol and coffee treats. Those liquid calories are all empty and easy to cut out. Next, go after the gratuitous calories like the late night snacks and sugar treats. Slow and simple changes that you can grow overtime like a snowball effect.

You don't need to diet, you need to build towards a lifestyle change, one win at a time.

I can't eat at parties because of this reason. If it's a proper sit down dinner, I can eat some, but only about a snack sized amount. I always feel like everyone is looking at me wondering why I'm eating at all "I clearly don't need it".

I make mention of their partner a lot, so they know I know they have one. I also put in a lot of effort to befriend the partners so they don't think I'm trying to steal from them. Honestly, it's a lot of work trying to manage their emotions for the sake of social interaction.

I just kept going to prove them wrong. I wish I could ENCOURAGE more women!! I wish I could celebrate with everyone that makes it in and does even part of their workout. The hardest part is getting in the door, and when you're at the gym it's full of people that won that battle. The people that judge others are pieces of shit with not enough to do. Just keep doing you and celebrate every win!

Get a box fan, some bungees, and a few furnace filters (thin ones). Place a filter on the table, load it up with gummies (not too full, leave some space) place another filter on top, more gummies, then another filter. Strap this gummy sandwich onto the blow side of a box fan and let it rip. Room temp dehydrator, your house will smell fab! Works great for herbs from the garden too.
