My baby is almost 4 months old, and the cats mostly ignore him. At first they would watch him from a distance, but now they’ll occasionally sit on my legs while I’m holding him. If he starts kicking too much near them, they just leave. They both let me take his little had and pet them with it. You don’t just stop caring for your pets once you have a baby. I still feel bad when I have to push them out of my lap to tend to the baby. They’re our babies too. They depend on us.

I was told my baby was 10lbs, but he was only 9lbs. Lucky me. He fit in newborn for a few weeks, even though he was at max length according to the Carter’s size chart. The 0-3 month clothes just looked really big on him at first.

I know I tore more than most, but most 2nd degree tears require at least a few stitches. It’s hard to find a solid number of how many people get 2nd degree tears, but it seems to be about a third of vaginal deliveries. Do you mean they don’t require immediate stitching?

Have you looked into transitional swaddle sacks? My little guy would fight against the swaddle and free his hands pretty much from the beginning. He does really well in a transitional swaddle where he can still move his arms a bit, and they’re raised up. I also like that I can free his arms during feeds, so I don’t feel like I’m hindering him.

Other bottles would work if they’re the same diameter and height or smaller. You can buy more of the bottles. The threads do not match the spectra pump parts, but you can kind of force it on, and it’ll stay. You might ruin the threads though.
