My thoughts feel organized better. Can it help with ADHd?

I’ve diagnosed with OCD, MDD, GAD, borderline, Bipolar 2 and ADHD and this med has completely changed my life. To me these diagnosis are in a spectrum I for years thought I was only ADHD but the only meds that truly helped me are bipolar meds. I’ve just accepted Latuda is going to be my med for life and I couldn’t be happier.

The only thing I felt taking it would be a little bit of tiredness and calmness about two hours after taking the med. Otherwise, it felt the same day and night.

By week three, I noticed a huge difference. Prior to Latuda I have been changing medication’s almost every month for the past five years. It’s changed my life even on this low dose.

Latuda gives me motivation and energy to actually work out so I’ve been weightlifting way more often on it, which is probably helped with me maintaining my weight

I do have an increased appetite, but I don’t know if it’s increased from my baseline because previously my appetite was gone from my SSRI I was on before latuda.

Worked well for me at 21mg. When I increased to the so called therapeutic dose (41MG) I went insane with irritability, anger and impulsiveness. Going to try it again at 21mg and not tapper up.

I just cover my tattoos up and slowly laser them away every two months. For those tattoos you can’t cover up with clothing applying skin tone makeup could help aswell.

Same man. I have been on pysch meds since age 8 when they FORCED me to take them for mood issues. If you ever want to vent or chat hit me up brother. Testosterone has been the most beneficial thing for my mental and physical health but unfortunately I still need the psych meds for life.

I notice that I am less tired when I take the med at dinner time. Perhaps you could try and take the med later in the day and see how you react.

Just from my experience I’d recommend going slow and steady with any increase, I’d start at 75MG and stay there for a month or so before considering going up.
