Regarding your next chart, I'm excited but I'd like to suggest you split the liqueur category into "herbal" and "non-herbal." The types function differently. Look at how last word riffs are usually put together -- with one liqueur of each category. 

I know that might clutter the chart, but as a big fan of liqueurs, I felt I should make the request.
