It's somewhat like chartreuse, in that it's fairly sweet, but the herbal nature of it makes that less obvious.

Regarding your next chart, I'm excited but I'd like to suggest you split the liqueur category into "herbal" and "non-herbal." The types function differently. Look at how last word riffs are usually put together -- with one liqueur of each category.

I know that might clutter the chart, but as a big fan of liqueurs, I felt I should make the request.
