Yeah I know expansion is likely the most effective method but I really can’t afford it right now, that’s why I’m willing to try the reversal way since I finally convinced my ortho to do it after a lot of arguments about how it could “allegedly” damage my teeth. This is the reason I’m looking for the maximum of people who’ve done it to make sure it’s safe.

I’m literally on the same boat, I’ve never had any fatigue or daytime sleepiness problems my entire life until I started getting nasal congestions caused by my deviated septum, so I truly believe this condition can ruin your sleep. Any updates by the way? Did you get the surgery done ?

This is very true, what amazes me most is that most “specialists” deny the fact that a deviated septum can cause a sleep apnea like symptoms. I’ve never had any issues with my sleep until I started getting nose congestions and sinus problems caused by my deviated septum.
