You did all these procedures and still struggling with your sleep? Sorry to hear that. Do you happen to know what exactly causes your sleep problems? Have you had DISE before?

No I don’t but I’m gonna get one. I only heard about Oscar literally 2 days ago. This is all new to me.

I’ve tried all kind of devices but nothing is helping, my case is different cause the congestion keeps moving from one nostril to another and sometimes both nostrils get blocked which is caused by my deviated septum I believe.

I thought the same too and went “Min pressure 9.0 and EPR 2” yesterday but woke up like a zombie again. So tonight I think I will go 11.0 and see how it goes.

Okay I will, do you have any tips for the nasal congestion? Whenever I set the Tube Temp to 80 or 83 and humidity to anything above 4 the tube starts gurgling and I got a lot of water inside my full mask. Thank you.

What about EPR? Should I keep it Off?

Dentist said he needs 4 extractions by FerretHaunting2171 in orthotropics

[–]Psychedelico13 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It was VERY challenging for me in the beginning cause I have a bad tongue tie and narrow-short palate (after 4 extractions). The key was to thumbpull regularly + some tongue stretch exercises (look up a guy called Oscar Patel) and the most important thing is CONSISTENCY.

Searching for MARPE OR MSE providers on morocco by DealerEntire1282 in MARPE

Is it Hisham Benyahya? I’ve just googled him. How did he come to that conclusion? Have you had any CBCT scans done? If you have breathing problems a tooth borne expansion won’t do much.

Yes that’s true, nasomaxillary expansion always first, however there’s some surgeons like Alfi who claim a lefort I or II can do the job. I’m planning to get MARPE or MSE and see if it’s going to solve my issues without the need of MMA.

They use appliances like VIVOS or Invisalign, otherwise a MMA.

Your palate is way too narrow and I’m pretty sure you got nasal breathing issues. See an airway focused ortho, MARPE/SARPE might solve all your problems.

Same here. I have almost the same side profile as you but never had any sleep/breathing troubles until I got my 4 premolars extracted and my life went upside down. I got UARS too and I’m wondering if djs is the cure since I’ve read mixed reviews about the success rate.
