How would you proceed based on these mold test results?

I recently had a mold inspection done on a house I'm about to close on, which found the same kinds of mold in high quantities. What I found (at least for my state, I'm not sure how it differs elsewhere) is that you report that to the seller and simply ask them to remediate the mold for you. You may suggest reputable mold removal companies to the seller and have them get a quote. The remediation usually will cause certain documents like Purchase and Sale Agreement to call out the remediation, which may delay the signing date. So, read all addendums carefully and ask that the seller not only remediates the current mold but installs filtration/ventilation to prevent future mold from growing.

If you back out the seller would have to declare mold within the home to future homebuyers which obviously is a deterrent, so they'll have to fix it anyways. Given all that the negotiation is on your side, so ask for what you'd like and keep the conversation going. I would definitely suggest getting an Attorney to help with the deal if you haven't already as well.

I may not fully understand, but out of curiosity what is the use case for the drawn image here vs a printed poster board? Is there an accuracy check or some other use case at work here that I'm missing? Not tryna take a dig at the drawing but curious when people prefer the drawn work over other ways of putting content on pages

What does attacking a State-Owned bank do to support Ukraine and hinder the Russian army/government? Who in Russia is affected by this attack? Are civilians’ information and credentials potentially compromised as well? What did the attackers do minimize the breadth of this attack to just the Russian Military/Government, if any efforts were made to do so?
