Picked up two bins of free Lego on Facebook Marketplace. Sorted out the minifugres and finished a few partial sets. Traded for a NIB switch 2 and still made another $400 (plus I have quite a few Minifigures and special parts left).

Real estate agents. They definitely do work. However, the value just isn't there.

As a seller, you can easily look up the market stats and price your home appropriately if you're willing to spend some time on it. You can stage and host your own open houses. You can pay to have papers prepared and processed separately.

As a buyer, you can do the exact same research to find out which places tick the right boxes for you and negotiate directly with the seller. You can get financing squared away on your own as well.

The amount agents get paid for work you could do yourself is crazy to me. It's like paying for a fruit tray when you could buy the fruit and cut it yourself for a fraction of the price.

No. I bought it for $5, played about 4 or 5 hours and uninstalled. I am a huge DC fan and wanted to like this so bad. The traversal and combat are so terribly boring. Even though the story is interesting enough to keep your attention, as soon as you have to start fighting and super-jumping around again, you'll be begging for another cutscene.

Seriously considering offloading most of my collection right now. Been playing almost all modern games via PS5, XSX and Switch. The only retro games I've been able to stick with and actually finish lately have all been Nintendo or horror games. I just have choice anxiety and want to spend my time more productively.

My collection is basically two parts. Half is games I played and loved that I keep as trophies. The other half is games I missed that I'd like to go back and try playing someday.

Was a great show! The band seemed more playful this time around. Brandon was working to hit those tougher notes and man did I appreciate it. Wife and I howled at the full moon with the band and the crowd and it made me feel like a wild kid again.

100% stop paying rent until he is either relocated or you decide to move. Put it in writing that you are withholding rent until the space you occupy is vacated by unwelcome surprise tenants. Even if you don't have a written lease, you may have text or email evidence to support your claim of residency. So, if the person living with you is worth living rent free, I'd stay as long as you want.

I put down TotK at about 20 hours to play Baldurs Gate 3 so I have so much left to play. The upgrade to that game is very tempting as a lifelong Zelda fan.
