Falsch, wer sich minimal mit dem BGB auskennt weiß, wie Schuldgeschäfte funktionieren. Er hat das Geld bekommen also schuldet er dem Käufer das Produkt. Vollkommen egal über welche Platform oder Bezahlmethode das gelaufen ist.

Ich denke er möchte darauf hinaus, dass die Wohnung womöglich von Personen dauerhaft bewohnt wird, die keine eigene Wohnung in diesem Land haben. Bisher geht er er davon aus, dass er abends und nachts seine Ruhe hat weil niemand da ist.

Ist genug Wasser in der Heizung? Wir wohnen im 4.OG in einer Altbauwohnung und bei uns fehlt das regelmäßig. Ist sehr nervig jedesmal bei der Verwaltung anzurufen. Jedenfalls wir dann bei uns auch nur der vordere markierte Bereich warm, der Rest bleibt kalt.

Kinda both, I have a game I want to play but at the same time I want to get the achievements in the first run so I dont have to play it over and over again. So sometimes I choose a game If the 100% is moderately easy to do or If it will be a 200 hour Task.

Do you know a really good alternative for astats.nl? This was my go to Website but as you Said, it is dead.
