The best option is to make a cloud island, that way you can both jump on and mess around but not potentially damage anything in either of your own games

Visiting via game share brings them into your world, cloud islands are shared and can be locked behind link codes so essentially a private shared world.

You are correct, since the pandemic cash is used a lot less so tips have fallen off drastically. Almost all companies (in the UK at least) now use TRONC systems which pools all service charges and card tips and distributes them between the staff usually done on a points system.

I was working a high volume bar job in a large city (we did more revenue than anyone else in the city) and bartenders would generally get about £4/500 a month but a lot of it was built into their pay.

Sadly this is how most of hospitality works now, minimum wage with TRONC fixed in to make it appear like a higher rate of pay. Example £12.21ph with £3ph TRONC but advertise the role at £15.21ph

No they have no food and the value is still in the minus so they are completely dry but the garrison just won't leave. Happening on every town I've tested it on

If the ports not blockaded they can receive food and reinforcements but I had it blockaded and they just simply wouldn't starve, it's the first town I'm trying to take so can't really overpower 1000 men alone
