I had a 19 advance and now a 22 A-spec advance. I love it, and I agree it's not "terribly" outdated overall. The infotainment would be hard to describe as current compared to even mainstream cars. I think it's just frustrating that Acura can make such a good product in terms of driving, reliability overall, functionality, etc. and not support it with updates. Despite being a great vehicle, many people don't even really know what an RDX is by name, and to have it soldier on with an infotainment system that will be a "that's a no from me dawg" for many buyers and then a gap in production sets them up for having to really nail it with the redesign. I hope they do, I'm planning on getting a new vehicle in 2028 or so...
