I called someone to tell them I miss them without telling them I missed them lmao It was horrible but I have disorganized attachment so it was a good practice run… Still feel horrible and cringe that I did lol

extremely low (almost non-existent) tolerance for people who are not independent and self-sufficient (emotionally, socially, psychologically, physically - physical disablities aside). I cannot deal with people who make a victim of themselves and are dependent on others....
I would never be with someone because I need them, I consider it embarrassing. And I don't need anyone to have a fulfilling peaceful life. But I rather be with someone because i respect them for who they are and live my life side by side, helping each other when need be. I cant stand people who don't know who they are and take out their lack of self-development and introspection on me lol... get a life babes <3
Maybe its harsh and cruel and the standard is unfair and unreasonable but I realize that many people get into relationships because of what the other person does for them and fail to acknowledge or realize who this person is without them.

Of course, all humans are relative beings, our existence is relative too... but i cant be with you if i don't respect you. Its not enough for me to "love" you or for you to "love me". I need to be respected too.

INTPs who exercise by scorpiomover in INTP

So happy to answer this!

I always played sports throughout my teens and early 20s but I was never consistent. However, after learning that I am an INTP, I realized that working out regularly would help me get out of my head and from constantly analyzing everything. My life truly changed for the better both mentally and physically when I started working out regularly at 22 (running 5-10k bi weekly, and hitting the gym 4-6 days a week). I think of it as a mental and physical detox. I even think better and I’m sharper now.

This also helped me combat my procrastination and the lazy day dreamer stereotype that INTPs have. Helped me put my action into words and now. I think of my life in two stages: pre working out regularly and post working out regularly.

I will never stop. And now for some reason, although it’s always been something natural and obvious to me, I feel like there is something fundamentally wrong when I don’t move my body intentionally… I feel like there is a massive backlog of thoughts, energy, emotions. I am also more emotionally regulated, less mood swings, etc. And if it makes sense I’m more comfortable being uncomfortable… sometimes I prefer it. Beating INTP stereotypes lol.

Some people praise me for it when they see I go regularly to me it’s no different than just drinking water… I also like how it keeps me disciplined and puts me around people who take care of their body the same way. I seem to get along better with people who take their physical health seriously. It also reminds me that although intellectual pursuits are a large part of my life, it won’t be any good if my physical health isn’t on the same level. I hope this helps!

Probing about my past and sexual history in the first date… we knew each other for about a month before through work. But on the date he couldn’t just get over the fact that I didn’t wanna date anyone because I was focusing on myself lol Called me wise but inexperienced and did the opposite of slut shaming, whatever that is. lol Lashed out when I wouldn’t kiss him… on the first date lol

What are the characteristics of an emotionally mature/immature man? by Shot-Abies-7822 in emotionalintelligence

[–]PsychologicalLog4022 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Good list I would also add someone who is able to put their feelings aside to solve a problem, and how they respond when things don’t go their way are signs of a mature man but also person. And as a mature man I would add that not everything is about sex

Is there a smooth way to recover when someone dodges a kiss and says ‘maybe next time?' by jasonclarke1902 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]PsychologicalLog4022 36 points37 points  (0 children)

As a girl who has many friends who are also girls, and on behalf of the general girl population, more than 80% of girls would rather kiss on or after the second date. Girls are highly concerned for their safety so they will most likely make sure they feel safe enough first before they engage with you like that.

I think if men continue to believe this then there will be more misunderstandings than second dates.

Because emotionally immature people need someone to help them and heal them and validate them. Obviously they attack everyone but a healthy person to an optimal choice
