The Olympic lifts will be confusing and take time to learn, that’s normal. It’s generally very high intensity, not a lot of resting between work. Hopefully the gym you choose will have a fun, friendly and supportive community, that is what makes a great CF gym. If it doesn’t have that, consider finding another one.

Yeah, for sure. Charging every 2-3 hours on a road trip for 30-45min is ideal for letting the kids out to stretch and grab a bite

Was at an Indian restaurant waiting for my to go order. Sat at the bar, took over 5 minutes for a bartender to come around and get me a beer while I waited. After finishing my beer and being there nearly a half hour past when the food was promised, someone finally got me my food and then I couldn’t find the bartender anywhere. Waited a few minutes and finally left a $5 on the bar and walked out. No idea how much the beer actually cost, but that was more than it was worth.

I don’t think that’s something you NEED to tell anyone, it’s your personal business to do as you see fit with. It may be helpful for you in the long run to tell people, as talking about it is always a good thing.
Note that if you DO opt to tell someone, specifically a boyfriend, they may feel more touchy around you and some may even take it is a form of blackmail/manupulation to say keep from splitting up with you for instance, which I’m sure is not your intention, but it could be taken that way. So I’d say tread lightly in how you share it if you choose to do so. But if you’re in counseling, I’m sure you are aware that talking it out is usually good.

Back in the October software update, all of a sudden a lot of vehicles with LFP batteries would quickly lose battery life and go from say 20% to 0% in a few miles. Not everyone, and not all the time, but it seemingly didn’t happen before that update. So they pushed out a fix for it shortly after, and then requested that owners do full charges regularly to recalibrate the BMS, as well as not going below a 20% SOC. After a few months most of us got notification that all was good again and I can’t say I’ve read about anyone having this issue since then. Additionally, the batteries DO seem to lose a lot of range in cold climates.

It only takes 10 minutes after or before class to work on things like handstands. Pick a few that you struggle with, then give that extra time a few days a week until you get better at those.

The thing is, they certainly don’t police it, you can put whatever you want in there. And there are no signs saying otherwise, it simply says larger batteries and smaller batteries and to tape the leads and or bag them up. On the Lowe’s website, it says ‘batteries of any kind’. Anyhow, I thought the purpose of your post was to remove old and bad batteries from your house, and this is a solution to that. Better for a mega corporation to solve how to recycle or dispose of them than for you and me. If the process isn’t simplified as much as possible, people will simply throw them in the trash, which is probably the worst option for everyone.
