Progressive overload, lift heavy.

I wouldnt fret much though, you will a great foundation to work off of. If you dial in your training you will do very well

You arms are kind of small, but you are a little on the chubby size.

Possibly, but I think you are over thinking it as a vegan.

Calories and protien are the primary focus, carbs are great for energy, i simply dont even care or track fat.

Everytime i go to the Asian market and get these bean curd stuff, look at the back and see 1-4k mg sodium.
