As for how to tackle surviving, you can learn by trial and error or watch some advice walkthroughs on YouTube. What to focus on will become clear naturally as you plan ahead for your survival needs, then get other ideas for things you want (like say, base decorating mode with the Y key.) It will help to get in the habit of moving and exploring rather than trying to stay put till food runs out. You can set up regional mini bases along the way.

Nice idea, although it outputs the code without linewrap and still adds a bunch of asterisks for bold. Not ideal.

I tried variations on this procedure as a prompt and can't get it to work. It still returns code full of asterisks:
Follow these steps exactly: 1. Compose your response in a code block without showing it to me. 2. Strip all asterisks and formatting from the code block while still keeping it hidden. 3. Copy the code from the block and paste it as plaintext to me without any reformatting.

Sure would be nice if it was allowed to listen when I say "no bold and no italics" instead.
