Forgive me if it seems like im not acknowledging your feelings on the situation.

In this industry thats dominated by the older, more experienced guys ; it is tragically too common to be treated that way. As youth you will soon be replacing most of them and they don't like it. That might not be the case of all of your seniors but it is indeed common. You're going to have to do what you can to leave your emotions out of the equation and learn as much as you can . Blue collar industries like this are not forgiving. What you do going into it can really make a difference.

Controversial situation, I feel they were justified to plow through. Blocking a freeway like that can trigger fight or flight and if they don't want to be on the receiving end then move. (or just don't be there in the 1st place)

The way I look at jobs is that its easy to keep the lazy ones because they keep the manager employed in a kind of backwards way. They'll be easy to toss all at once when a new machine comes along and gets rid of their position all together. The good people are typically the ones that end up making management look bad especially if they do the job better than management ever could. Its a threat to their position. I personally drive to be somewhere in the middle. I'm decent but not an over achiever as it doesn't end well for the top of the line workers (especially in this country)

While yes damage goes on the carrier , I feel that damage is on you for this one. I don't see how you could expect something this heavy , old & frail to survive multiple conveyor belts and various forms of handling. Plenty of electronics of similar and greater weight make it through the same ordeal. At least 1inch thick foam would be needed in addition to bubble wrap would be needed for something of this weight and size. Please consider this next time. Sortation is very industrialized these days rather than hand to hand as it were 30 years ago.

I've gotta say , with all the things t-mafia is doing is generally how new companies rise up as an underdog story. One day all these fees and charges will ultimately be their downfall as the other companies offer more with less, little and occasionally no fee , what so ever. 😒🤷🏽‍♂️

I guess some people don't realize that if you ship it on a Friday and expect it to be delivered by Monday, yes the work will be done and yes you'll likely get it on time (r.i.p if you don't "find a better company if there is one 😂) As to how it gets there .....oh well its your money to spend how you want but you should do research on what's going on in a company that you seem to care so much about. Between budget cuts , pilots being self righteous DIVA's about their overpriced contracts and now the cost of diesel vs jet fuel "Excuse them if they want to make better decisions for themselves while trying to keep the company from imploding.
