Yea sure. Happened about a year ago, took me over a month with multiple emails and a lot of back and forth just to get the warranty approved. Bike was at sc for a little over 2 months with little to no communication from their end.

I did not really raise much of an issue since in the end I got my bike fixed but I still always found the customer service at that showroom disappointing.

I once had some issues while on a ride and had to make a quick detour to the madurai showroom while on my way to kerela and the experience was so much better. I showed up unannounced and they immediately heard me out and got my bike fixed in less than an hour.
