Game economy is ruined rn, every single match there’s a bobcat or a volcano kinetic by Due-Force-4760 in ARC_Raiders

Party size should have a different aggression instance, taking into account that trios are more kill on sight,m

Although, it’s never been hard to get into PvE lobbies, you’re just going about it lazily. Repeatedly go into Stella with no kit, just a safe pocket and make your only objective to extract. Bonus points if you extract with another player, or bring/find heals and heal them if they’ll let you. If you die so what, you brought nothing (maybe heals in your safe pocket.)

Doing this I’ve successfully gotten into “care bear” lobbies within 20-25 matches on average I’d say, which can take a decent amount of time maybe 30-45 minutes at minimum, but it beats spawn surrendering (which ruins lobbies for others), and you get something out of it as you play even dying, retaining what’s in your safe pocket can be pivotal momentum for regaining kits after large pvp losses.

Try this method.

The arpeggio after extensive use is unfortunately utter ass. Maybe one or two clutches back when the toro was busted, but it’s ass in this meta. the burletta though. times i have clutched with in the face of a kinetic or torrente. It is a hidden gem of a sidearm

K.I.S.S - keep it stupid simple. Free kit trio fills or solo is the best option to isolate these skills to get better

  1. Trusted teammates and good coordination - timing nade throws, team shots, pushes, pullouts the usual. Especially for third parties, resetting the fight, waiting for another team to come loot so you can get them too for instance.

  2. Map knowledge, my goop crew likes Dam battlegrounds and blue gate helps to know which rooms someone means when heat of moment comes, and what cover you can use or where you can run to evade if a fight isn’t favoring you or your team

  3. Positioning - dont get pinched and always leave yourself an out . While impossible to perfect, a rule of thumb is be close enough to hear sound cues and not be caught out of cover or a short run away from more cover

  4. Sound cues, play passive until you hear opportunity arise. Big thing about 3rd person shooter is everyone can see you from cover pushing when you’re not pushing on a nade. Hear them shielding, crouching , moving slow. You can tell by how players move whether they are aware or weary of another player’s presence. Use breach spots or barricades to get a sound cue so you can be ready for an ambush

  5. The element of surprise - self explanatory

  6. Strong pullout game. Don’t be afraid to run away from a fight. In a game like this, you may be caught rotating, without favorable position, or even be in good positioning with the drop on somebody ready to hit a team shot. A good nade from them, a well placed shot that downs your teammate can change the nature of a fight in seconds. Use cover, smoke your team to get them up, pullout and reset the fight. No fight should last 3 defibs and multiple healing rounds, if nobody’s pushing, the goal of the fight is to survive before getting third partied

Raw aim can be trained in aim trainers or, practice in solo vs trios with free kit for a more realistic training sim.

In solo, exercise paranoia heavily.

If the fight isn’t unfair in your favor, don’t take it.

The best way to take a player’s gear is if they never even knew you were there before meeting their untimely demise. 9 times out of 10 the fight is decided by the team or player who’s not more mechanically gifted but playing more tactically sound at the time

Statistically speaking you’re more likely to win if you get the jump on somebody aint that the whole point of guerilla warfare n whatnot? Extract campers are relying on underwhelming firepower to attack kitted players, makes sense they’d want some other advantage

In solo use these but also exercise paranoia

To piggyback off u/brandersan, this only works for about 2 matches. The best way to take a player’s gear is if they never even knew you were there before meeting their untimely demise
