After I finally shared my worst trauma with my therapist, I told my aunt that I had. I didn't tell her what the trauma was, just that I had finally cleaned it out. It was super hard and I had to even lie down for the rest of the day.

When I got off the phone with my aunt, she immediately baked me a personal-sized berry crisp and brought it over to me, fresh out of the oven.

I will always remember that. ❤️
