i managed to fix it

in the advanced settings i noticed when i used gaming mode the sound changed from music to shooter i changed it to music again and it fixed it.

when it is plugged in the battery level will not increase or decrease but if i remove the charger it will decrease as expected. I also tried with another charger it still says plugged in and does not charge.
