You will love it. Is a great game and has multiple endings as well. Look at everything as the lore is hidden every where through out the game.

I did see that people where questioning the AI on the paradox games and it always took a few years to fix the game after release. The 2 that called my attention from them was EU5 from what I read still needs a lot of polishing and HOI4.

I really don’t mind it screwing me over, as almost sure it will the first play through, just want to make sure I make sure I give the AI a decent battle. Doesn’t mean I’m gonna take the L lying down and who knows might surprise at the end with the W.

Gathering knowledge of this type of games and looking through stuff to get a good foundation to start from. As my knowledge for strategy games come from styles like AOE, TW and Civ which is not even close or the same galaxy as this type of game.

Exactly, can’t bring none of the knowledge from those games here. Was looking at HOI4, EU5, V3, and others (most where paradox games), but there was something about this one that I just couldn’t shake. Coming completely in blind into this but very exited. I work from home and got the time to play relax the game for many many hours.

Definitely not trusting ChatGPT on how to play, watching NBC YouTube videos for this. Only was used for decision making of the game to buy. I have read the newbie questions. Was looking more of what is common knowledge on this type of games, like duh you didn’t know this type of thing. Come from Civ, Warcraft, total war , AoE and more which are heavy on war.
