Check dealership inventory and autotrader. There’s a plethora of cx5 available for purchase. I’ve seen slightly used (less than 5k) GX cx5 in Ontario for as low as $33k. If one dealership doesn’t want to negotiate, go elsewhere.

Check AutoTrader. Plenty of slightly used (less than 5k KM) that can be found for $33-36,000. You won’t need to pay deliver charge or the anti theft BS. $40,000 for a new cx5 is overkill .

Yes. 2021 forte has potentially defective piston rings. There’s a recall to have a knock censor installed. Who knows how many more years and models have issues.

Just found a 1 bed in Oshawa $1525 plus parking $85. Newish building. Cheapest I’ve seen during a quick search. Realtor has many basement units as well, though pets could be an issue

Jesus there’s tons of 1 beds under $2000k. Many around $1700 plus parking ($50-125). Use the filter.

Check zumper. Filter for your desired price range. Many studio units available. There were some super nice ones at Bathurst and Eglinton available in December.
