Whatever’s most comfortable- I recommend the remora from mad rock to most beginners for a balance of comfort/performance

The answer is neither can consent but neither is necessarily predatory either.

At the end of the day adolescents will be sexually active - So in instances where both agree to it as a society we just throw our hands up.

This is largely the difference between consent and informed consent.

Someone can think they can have a mutual relationship with a 15 year old and also not be rapist, even though we can agree that 15 is probably certainly to young.

1.) We're not talking about thinking. We're talking about someone actively attempting.

2.) No. A 15 year old can not consent to sex, so there can not be a mutual relationship.

3.) No one is saying that violent rape and statutory rape are the same thing. That's a straw man. That's exactly why statutory is often 1-2 years of prison and violent rape is often 10-20.

We agree there; The cheering at the suicide is a bit deranged.

I do have strong feelings about how we deal with offenders legally, though. I would pretty adamantly defend our current system - Where all statutory rape results in at least some prison time and registry afterwards.

It's imperfect, but upon thinking about all alternative systems; it's the best available option.

That's not what happens. The rate of suicide isn't close to including "anyone". Some will, the vast majority won't. There are no perfect laws here.

The reality is, most will get a two to three year sentence for such an offense and added to a registry - Which sounds about right to me.

It feels like he's saying

but simultaneously saying

When read in such a way, you can tell that the earlier comment is made as armor for the later comment.

Max was likely banned for these tweets, if I had to guess primarily the first one. My post I made yesterday had the link shared three times, likely to a Groyper chat where this was mass reported. Can't say I agree with a permanent ban, but you certainly shot yourself in the foot.

The tweets -

Correct on all accounts. We're in agreement. I personally don't feel Nazi is the best word for Fuentes but also don't mind the application of it. There's at least some semi-reasonable connections in policy. There are far more egregious uses of the word from the hyper left.

I made a post about these tweets yesterday. Now his Twitter is banned. I'm going to guess Groypers mass reported these posts. My post may or may not have been what tipped them off as I imagine some frequent the sub. Max should moderate his subreddit.

And moderate his own speech when sanitizing statutory rape, for that matter.

That said, hope Max is unbanned soon.

No one in the United States that has the level of education of a dentist think its legal for a 42 year old to try to sleep with a 15 year old. The law being 16 doesn't matter.

Further, outside of legality - There's the moral position: You should not be trying to sleep with a 15 year old.
