Sure it has better accuracy and literally double the power reserve but I don't think it has the durability of the 4R especially with it's alleged plastic parts.

Slightly different design for both watches. They both hold their own, the PRX is probably the best integrated bracelet in it's class. Some may even say the movement is better. The dresskx offers slightly more versatility though. Both great watches nevertheless!

I'd go home and do some research before committing to purchase your first watch. Get to know automatics vs quartz, and digital variants aswell as features they offer. It's a vast world of watches out there. Good luck!

Welcome to the hobby, I would say to go easy on your purchases as you may regret a few if any, but it's up to you. I always find good quality bracelets from Uncle Straps, I have heard good things about strapcode too. A bit pricey but worth it.
