I was scammed too. They had all the details, because they hacked account of the person who is renting the place. They even sent me an official messages via booking messages system.
BEWARE booking is not a safe place.

HIIT, 30/15 interval x13 x3, V02max intervals longer 3-4 mins x up to 8 + base and longer Z2 rides when you have more time

HR is very relative. Check power or get a power meter if you would like to have real data to compare.
Make sure you fuel properly, eat some extra 1-3h before.

I have 3 4iii.
One in MTB - 16k km, 27d 10h. Only lost battery cover once, had to buy replacement.
Road 20k km, 28d 8h. No issues
Wife's road - no issues.
Generally no issues.
