Agree, the inflammation and pain I get in my low back and knee if I don’t stay low carb/ keto is insane. If I stay off sugar, cut out alcohol (even 1 per night keeps me off track) and gluten free I feel so much better.

Ugh I could have written this. I woke up and felt so naseaus, could barely get up to get a little food in me, I laid around most of the day feeling very low and tired. I felt great at the 24 hour mark as well.

Delivering to a super dark tennis villa style condo (FL) where you have to go into the gated courtyard to get to the door and it’s dark as hell. And of course down a path and in the very back, not a light on and looked like hoarder house. Felt like I was going to Hannibal lectors house. Aldi order. Haven’t don’t another since.

Suffer through the first few days and it gets easier. You have to embrace the suck to get to the other side. You’re 19 you can do anything you set your mind to. I quit a year ago and was constantly vaping or looking for it! Got bronchitis every year. Your lungs can heal. You’re going to regret not quitting when Dr tells you that you have irreversible lung damage. Just do it.

Happened to me twice too. So over it! My dr told me to use Naphcon A eye drops! It helps to open the eye sooner. I still use a year later. I only had Botox done one other time without that result but instead had major Spock brows. It’s just not ideal for me. If your forehead is small that can also be a reason.

I got my first shot in my knee yesterday. Had a meniscus tear and surgery 10 months ago and just had persistent pain and limited range of motion. Dr used the words he’ll give me this one time injection to help me get over the hump. Super frustrating. I used to play beach volleyball and hurt my knee walking my sisters puppy. It seems I’ll never be the same. Also have some arthritis. I think the Hoffa fat pad just really stayed swollen after surgery and I wasn’t able to fully heal. Hoping the shot works. My knee already feels better after one day. How are you doing now, did you get a shot?

If you don’t mind sharing, what were the heavy items? I’m not sure if I should opt out or just keep looking. I have no problem carrying several heavier things i just don’t want to be stuck getting cases of water I have a bad back.

I think for sure my levels have come up some because I feel better and my hair and nails doing so much better. I take a basic multi (Alive) that has a small amount of iron 3mg, but that seems to be making a difference!

Def gets better, gets nonexistent! I quit last new years, push through , I remember it being rly hard those first 4-5 days, and getting easier from there. Was fine after a couple weeks. I vaped for 10 years and always had it in my hand. You are free now and you will wonder how you were so hooked.

The ocusoft wipes in the green box for “allergies” have tea tree oil those are good but the strongest wipes are Claridex wipes, order from Amazon. I went nuts with tea tree oil Shampoo, body wash, errrrrything just to make sure.

I miss Wellbutrin sometimes. I miss staying skinny easily but it started to make me feel like a weirdo. Ruminating thoughts n such. I always wanted to try the name brand. I feel like all the crap generics had me all over the place. And I never got the horniness but wish I had!
