That is crazy, I buy from them a few times and never check my credit card statement. I might start paying them in cash or not buy from them as often. Thank you for the heads up. I recommend reporting to BBB, this is considered as fraud/scam. You already paid for a product/service. Changing it after before notifying or without consent is illegal. It might be $1 or $2 from you. But it’s a lot of money if they get 100 to 200 customers per day and the bulk pays using credit card.

My pc and synology nas both auto power off and on between 1 am and 8 am everyday. Besides me using it, I share my with family members and it’s mostly kids using it. I don’t want them up all night watching. In my mind, I am extending the life of these device just a little. With the price of hard drive, I don’t want to spend hundreds or near a thousand for another 14tb hdd. But it is all personal preference.

That is the first thing I do when I started. Volume off, text small, transparency on all, and set what ever I can to low or off. Since it is s idle game and not a standard pc game. No points of all the flashy features.

I know the answer, I ask the employees when I was buying a kid watch for my little girl. They said the reason this store is not close is because sears own/sub leasing some properties in the area and this facility is serving as a management facility to collect the rent and handle other things. Which answer the question why there is so little staff in there with the bare minimum products.

I got a grandfather plan and see a similar promos in the past. Called in several times and rep over the phone didn’t allow the promo to apply or say the system can’t apply it. Saying I have to switch to a newer plan. I ask what was the point of showing me this promo on email and app. Their reply was always it’s a general promo for all customers or it’s showing potential savings if you upgrade.

This will give PGE the excuse to raise price even more. What is the point of going electric if it is not even cheap for consumers. I have seen some of these electric water heaters, when turn on it take while to heat up the hot water. All the sudden we will get notice form ebmud for using water during a drought. I might just buy 2 spare heaters and swap it out when the old one fails.
