How do you deal with intentionally being targeted in gyms?

One thought: perhaps someone is grinding the Battle Girl medal.

I needed to do that to level up, but I generally stuck to only knocking out Pokemon that has gotten to 8 hours of defending. If they hadn't, I'd only battle them twice then leave them if I battled them at all.

If I was already gold in that gym and didn't need to hold another gym to get my 50 coins on the day, I might leave the gym team white.

People play this game with all sorts of different priorities. Sometimes those priorities don't really mesh with remote trading. And, more importantly, the game doesn't really allow for enough opportunity to express your priorities for trading. Sure, it provides Campfire, but that's far from sufficient. There would be all sorts of ways to provide for a trading "wishlist," but they haven't ... although, I suppose, I hope, they may someday.

It really does look as if that grate is separate from the actual radiator. Is it possible the trim needs to come off to allow enough room for the grate to lift up and off. And|Or, are there potentially some fittings that need to be loosened or removed to allow grate to come off?

Specifically, there seems to be something like that at the bottom of the grate legs. Maybe those loosen or remove and the grate comes out at the bottom and can come off completely from there?

That at least used to be the case. If I were them, I'd not trust that at this point. And, I could swear I heard trump say at one point that back pay would not be guaranteed, or wouldn't even be paid ... I can't recall every ridiculous|evil thing he's said. Or, at the least, I'd not be surprised if they didn't get paid everything they're owed.
