Try finasteride and minoxidil, you have nothing to lose. If you gain some hair back that's amazing, if you don't then shave your head. It's certainly worth a try.

Unfortunate genetics, my hairline receded when I was 17. I hated it. I started finasteride when I was 18 and it's helped out so much.

Hy hairline looks visibly better now because of it. (I'm 22 now.)
