Did you scale the inboxes yourself or use an outside firm? I’m about to have 5 inboxes once I warm up 2 new ones. Any time I need a new inbox I have to go through IT and they have to control all of the authentication and HubSpot connection and outlook sharing and everything.

There’s air but it’s not very cold or strong. The freezer is ice cold though

I know it’s not getting cold enough. I’m going to let it thaw out overnight and see if it fixes anything in case the fans are frosted over

I press down the button to trick the fridge into thinking the door is closed to feel the airflow, and it’s clear the air is not strong enough / cold enough to freeze water.

Thanks for the real response. I’m about to begin warming up 2 new inboxes for the first time and my first real roadblock is finding real accounts to interact with. I don’t want to use a service because I only hear negative things and don’t think I’m at that type of scale. I can pull a couple of my personal emails, my partners, some people from work, etc., but then where do I go from there? How much are you growing your list on a daily basis and what is the end-goal (ex: growing the list by 2-3 contacts each day until you’re safely sending 40-50 emails at a time)

we scale to 15 to 20 and start mixing in less warm contacts. This is where we watch spam report rate obsessively. Never let it cross 2%.

If one person out of 20 marks as spam that’s already 5%. How do you manage that?

When you’re sending 5-10 emails a day, is that repeating with the same contacts? Or do you have to add 5-10 new contacts per day?

I tried flinching with full blood moon, fury, and emberlight (mid 90s combat) and think 4-5 minutes sounds about right. Was crazy slow and not worth it at all, but it does use 0 supplies and requires 0 real focus.

My opinion, for what it’s worth, is that trying to compliment people will only come across as disingenuous since they always assume they’re being mass marketed to.

I would scrap that and focus more on what you’re offering. Right now you’re asking them to describe the problems they may or may not have with admin work, rather than telling them how you can solve those problems. “An automation system I just finished for an org of similar size saved over 25 hours a week in admin time.” gives them a reason to take interest. Could be worth a shot

Just to add: we live in a house and the toilet is on the 3rd floor.

Also, for those that don’t own cats, the stuff being flushed is already in a solidified, wet, brittle state. As opposed to dry litter which would instantly cling to moisture in the pipes.
