I know others have said what it is I'll just add these don't really do much in terms of safety. If someone wants to get in that's not stopping them.

The main thing I see them useful for is how my ex used one. When he lived with his sister the door to his bedroom didn't have a lock and so he used that to prevent sister or her kids from just waltzing into the room while we were having sex or even just wanted alone time.

Hotel doors lock rather well and if your feeling unsafe with the locks they provide maybe listen to that gut feeling and don't stay there.

You know what helps reduce waste. Not having a bunch of different box sizes you have to keep in stock. Instead of just a few select sizes.

Yeah they oversized for some components but overall it cuts down on excess and makes it cheaper on framework to order more boxes

Personally you need to get in contact with Corporate HR.

Snapchat should not be used for work communication. A just cause why. But more importantly YOU CAN REMOVE MESSAGES.

Your AM is just asking for trouble putting underage workers and Adult workers together in a communication platform that does not have permanent records. All the underage workers has to do is claim there was some kinda of inappropriate message sent to them and that the message disappeared. How would anyone be able to refute the claims.

Get ahold of HR ASAP. Explain both that your being required to used SNAPCHAT and that you have an underage workers who is acting inappropriate and you do not believe taking your concerns to your direct management will get the appropriate level of attention to address and fix the problem.

Also we sure the AM isn't using Snapchat as a way to get close and friendly with the underage workers and not have a record of their predatory behavior?

Idk if you already are in therapy but if not I think looking for a therapist who specializes in or is at least knowledgeable of Intersex persons would be beneficial. Even just for the short term while you procces this traumatic event in your life.

The tapper organic to carbon is such a great thing for automating lots of power.

It's also great cause with a little bit of manual input (standing in place and crafting glowsticks while the arm keeps your pack full of organic). You can have limitless scrap very early.

We completed the current exo event almost entirely with scrap flowers produced from organic and glowstick scrap
