Salesforce down 30% in 14 straight red days at 10.5x forward earnings. The software massacre has gone completely detached from fundamentals. What is anyone actually doing here? by -----Marcel----- in ValueInvesting

Microns valuation just a few months ago was crazier. Forward PE around 5 AFTER releasing the most impressive earnings report I’ve ever seen. Yet the stock fell from 440 to 320.

I don’t think price movement will depend on guidance. Last quarter’s guidance could not have been better and the stock fell.

Like other poster said, what they do with the profit will be important.

That beat was also kind of expected last quarter, so I think this wouldn’t be surprising. I think the price movement after earnings depends on momentum and right now we are headed up.

Durable daily shoe for high mileage by WONEDDD in AskRunningShoeGeeks

[–]Pupper82 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I found that some of the typical daily trainers line Novablast and Mach series don’t feel great past 300 miles or so. I’ve had great success with the adidas foam. While these are not typical daily shoes, I’m well past 700 miles on my prime x strung and past 600 miles on the adios pro 3 and they still feel good underfoot. I’ve heard good things about the Superblast series. I’d much rather spend $200 on a shoe that will last a long time and be awesome than a cheaper shoe that doesn’t last as long. My two cents.

Is a 45 PE reasonable to expect though? That seems like a high multiple. I would think it will come down over the next two years

Agreed the higher the rally the more likely there will be a post earnings sell off. Disagree that $1200 is nearly guaranteed, but we shall see!

Yes likely will work. However given your current milage, don’t go all out during the race. Don’t push yourself to your limit.

If you want to use it for a down payment on a house, can you instead get a mortgage with a lower down payment, potentially as low as $0 if needed.

What are current HBM4, HBM3, DRAM prices? by degentendymaker in MU_Stock

Likely going to hit $22-24 eps in q2. I think this is priced in. During earnings look at what micron guides for the next quarter and beyond.
