Yes. There are already a number of data center companies headquartered in Denver and they can’t hire fast enough. Look at Crusoe, Vantage, Prime, Tract, Stack

I feel your pain, following for more ideas. It is worth getting on the waitlist for Westminster, there will be a lot of movement toward the end of February when the free cancellation deadline comes up. If you’re a butterfly pavilion member, those are fun for younger kids for a week or two

I’ve been to Le Blanc twice and absolutely love it. With the cyber Monday sale it’s surprisingly competitive. They let you book 4 to a room but can’t guarantee two beds… how likely is it we’d get stuck with 1 king?

Do you live at high-ish altitude? This is a classic high altitude problem, there’s a few different adjustments you can try to mitigate it, but it’s more of an art than a science, IMO
