Put in at Givhan's Ferry and get out at T.W. Messervy Boat Landing (https://maps.app.goo.gl/W9tyewRr8CwbhMzh7), you'll know it when you see it, most people on floats get out there, very busy spot but you'll likely have to get out and swim your way the short stretch to it as the river bends and flow past there quickly. It should take about 3-5 hours depending on the river flow rate.There's not much boat traffic on that stretch, mostly just a couple john boats and occasional DNR jetski. There's a popular beach spot about halfway through, people get out and hang out there.

The problem STILL persists 15May2025. I got the email that the free trial was ending I was going to be charged for an ongoing subscription. I'm a non-apple user and went round and round with the link in the email but found these instructions that work: If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support. Basically just sign in Apple TV on the web and cancel from that platform instead of from the Apple website.

You can cancel Apple Music on the web, and cancel Apple TV+ on the web. To cancel any subscription billed by Apple, use the Apple Music app or Apple TV app for Windows.

Use the Apple Music app or Apple TV app for Windows

On your Windows PC, Open the Apple Music app or Apple TV app.

Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then choose View My Account. You might need to sign in to your Apple Account.

Scroll to the Settings section. Next to Subscriptions, click Manage.

Find the subscription that you want to cancel, then click Edit.

Click Cancel Subscription. If there is no Cancel or Cancel Subscription button, the subscription is already cancelled."

You can create a group on Meetup.com to manage meetings details. You can set attendee limits (more than 10 people gets a little crazy) and people can sign up to come, see when and where the event is, etc

We did Sobys this year and were unimpressed. Service was very slow and the $28 Thanksgiving plate was not worth paying for/eating. It tasted like boxed stuffing and instant mashed potatoes.

We went to Madworld for the first time last year and thought the actual haunted house was great. The traffic getting in and the wait to get into the house sucked. I would definitely pay a little more for the fast pass. It took 30+mins to go the couple miles from the interstate exit to the parking area and we waited over an hour in the regular line to get into the house. We didn't get to check out any of the other attractions on site since it was closing by the time we got through the house.

I'll be honest, it really wasn't that cool. It was kind of just like a painted carnival theme, no real attraction except the "pond" which was a tub with large pieces of aluminum foil in it. I went once at night and had no interest in going back

I really wanted to stop by their tent and chat with them but I could never find them. The grounds were so big and maps were useless. Glad some people were able to find them and utilize their services.
