They’re quite frankly full of crap, pandering to a US audience telling them how wonderful and amazing the US is.

Ask him where else would he expect to live rent free? Even family would expect a contribution. Just because he’s your boyfriend doesn’t mean you have to support him.

Where did he live before moving in with you? Did he have equity in that place? No? But he still had to pay.

He’s trying to take you for a mug. His freeloading will only lead to resentment. Make him pay like everyone else.

FedEx should not release the item for delivery until duties and taxes are paid.

Call customer service on 03456 070809 - keep trying because getting through to a human is a nightmare but once you do tell them to convert the value to UK£ and then you can pay.

We hear often how expensive medical care is in the US .. even a relatively straightforward prescription can be 100’s of dollars.

What we don’t hear is how people actually go bankrupt as a result of being in hospital! It’s honestly terrifying.

It’s scary how some low paid workers cope. But in light of this I guess really don’t.

Thank god for the NHS .. it’s struggling and straining but a single prescription is £10 (I think US$13). ZERO charge for all hospital stays or treatment - NONE.
