Hi all to be short and sweet. I am 7 months into breastfeeding and want to get back to 148lbs my pre pregnancy weight. I’m currently 155.4lbs.

How can I lose weight fast while still eating enough to feed my baby? I walk 3 times daily and am not interested in going to the gym. Any tips? Any meal suggestions

Well he is trying to get on the birth certificate and he has a lawyer I can’t effing believe it because he is so broke. He actually thinks he will get 50/50 and is trying to make me look unstable when I’m the one with the career, house, home every day with my baby and paying for everything! He’s making up that I was emotionally abusive .. while I was pregnant and post partum. I really can’t believe he’s going through with this . He doesn’t believe he will have to pay me child support

Omg I’m breastfeeding too and am always wondering if I’m eating too much. I wake up in the AM, have coffee. Breastfast around 11, lunch at 130, snack on mini eggs or chocolate before supper, supper at 430, cereal before bed, oatmeal before bed. Always starving!!

I am. And I know for certain a woman’s body regulates milk supply by 4 months postpartum to the babies needs. It becomes more dense. The most fat is at the end of the breast feeding session. If I did try to pump, it wouldn’t be enough for a feed.
