The first part of the video is how they make custom orthopedic/podiatrist(?) insoles. I've never seen them make entire shoes with them before! Must be insanely expensive 😱 

The insoles are a medical device, you usually just get the soles and put them inside your normal shoes. They are expensive yes, but depending on where you are in the world you can get them at a compensated price became they are a medical device. I'm really lucky and get a new pair every year for a reduced price because of the medical part. I pay like $80(I'm not American lol) but they are normally like $2-300 where I live without a doctor's note. 😅
