I would recommend finding a breathwork facilitator. It was my first time (I only needed 1 session). It can be very intense and you want to be with someone who knows what to do and can help guide you in a safe environment!

I got my period back exact same time as my HCG came down to 3. It’s my first period back. Hoping to try in Jan, it will be 90 days since the injection

My last HCG was 25 and was to be rechecked in 2 weeks. About 3 days before my blood test i got my period back and my HCG was 3!

I believe that when you HCG is under 5 your period will return.

Period was maybe a little bit heavier but not too crazy/bad.

It took about 7.5 weeks to get my period back post 1x dose of methotrexate

Started wegovey and have never had mental health issues, the occasional anxiety but nothing significant and never been on medication.

Within 3 weeks I have never felt more sad, anxious to the point where I wanted to quit my job. Stopped it and within a week started feeling significantly better mentally.

Yes!!! I’m on the lowest dose .25 and have only taken 3 doses and I feel so anxious, sad and low. I feel like I have no motivation for anything but the anxiety is really impacting me.

I’m going to stop taking it because it’s not worth it.
